Entry Closure

The western pedestrian access has been permanently closed on Margaret Street to welcome a new specialist medical centre.

We are pleased to share that works are now underway on a new specialist medical centre at Grand Central.

Due to the size and configuration of this new tenancy, the pedestrian entry on Margaret Street (near the former banking precinct) has been permanently closed and incorporated into the tenancy footprint. Please note the main Margaret Street car park entry near Toymate remains open and is not affected.

For customer convenience, alternative access points are available:

🚖 Drop-off and Pick-up

If arriving by taxi or private vehicle, we recommend using the Event Cinemas Entry via Clifford Street. This provides direct access to lifts, escalators, and stairs within the main foyer.

🛍️ Heading to Kmart?

The most direct entry is via the drop-off zone outside iPlay and San Churro, offering easy access from the eastern side of the centre.

🚶 Pedestrian Access

Walk east along Margaret Street toward Dent Street, cross at the zebra crossing, and enter via Alford Place, right beside Vapiano (before reaching the Victoria Street corner).
Another convenient entry is located next to San Churro and iPlay on Margaret Street, after crossing Victoria Street.

All existing parking areas at the centre remain unchanged.
